We can help anyone who’s struggling with their relationship with food.
You might have been diagnosed with (or suspect you are living with) an eating disorder like anorexia, bulimia, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), binge eating, or more. Or, you might be realising your food-related behaviours and thoughts are negatively affecting your life.
Wherever you are on your journey, we can help you find food freedom
Through years of experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, we’ve learned what works best in recovery. Recovery is possible and we have a range of sessions to help you get there.
Individual therapy sessions will give you a safe environment to understand your thoughts and feelings better. During therapy, we’ll help you develop healthier and more balanced eating patterns while also looking at the root cause of your eating difficulties.
Nutrition-based sessions will help you overcome unhelpful eating rules and thoughts, as well as delve into your relationship with food. We’ll use practical techniques like meal planning and understanding the body to get you there.
For any two people in a relationship (couples, siblings, friends, parent and child, etc.), these sessions will focus on the dynamic between the two of you. The main focus will be clearing any blockers to improve communication and your relationship overall.
You’re not alone. Our group sessions will allow you to share stories and create bonds with others going through similar things to you. We have a range of groups you can join, each run by one of our team, focusing on different aspects of your recovery.
We’ve put together a series of group sessions to give you everything you need to go from starting to explore therapy to recovery. As part of the programme, you’ll participate in online sessions based on a series of our groups:
Step one - Entering Recovery
Step two - Exploring Recovery
Step three - Expanding Recovery
Step four - Ending Recovery
The first step is to get in touch with us on 0203 917 4558 or contact@cliktherapy.co.uk.
