Compassion. Love. Integrity. Knowledge.

Guiding you to food freedom.

Why CLIK?

Living with an eating disorder is hard. Recovery shouldn’t make it harder. With long waiting lists and big price tags, some therapy options might make you feel overwhelmed or leave you in limbo for months. We started CLIK to offer a better alternative, making recovery more accessible for everyone.

CLIK stands for Compassion, Love, Integrity, and Knowledge. We wanted our name to represent everything you’ll find when working with us. Walking into our centre, you’ll find a calm, non-judgmental space to explore and heal your relationship with food.

Our approach

Flexibility

Instead of fitting your life around your recovery, we’ll help you fit recovery into your life. That means you won’t have to sacrifice work, play, and the things you love to get better. Our sessions can be flexible, either in-person or online, to make sure you can still get on with the important things in your life.

Guided by you

We believe therapy should be an equal partnership between you and your therapist, coming together in an environment of mutual trust and respect. Everything will be led by you and your needs, going at a pace to suit you. It’s your journey; we’re simply here to guide you.

Wherever you are in your journey

Whether you’re just starting to think there’s something not quite right about your relationship with food, you’ve been diagnosed with an eating disorder, or you’ve tried all kinds of therapy before, we’ll meet you where you are and tailor our support to your needs.

Meet the team

Our multidisciplinary team has years of experience working in mental health and eating disorder recovery.

Caroline Jench

Founder and Gestalt Pyschotherapist

Caroline graduated with an MA in Clinical Psychology before going on to train as a Gestalt Psychotherapist. She’s a member of the UKAGP (United Kingdom Association for Gestalt Practitioners) and the EAGT (European Association for Gestalt Psychotherapy).

During her career, Caroline has worked with children and adults to help improve mental health, creating a space for them to explore their behaviours and experiment with new techniques.

I’m committed to creating a safe environment where my clients can develop a greater awareness of their body, emotions and mind, ultimately experiencing a more conscious way of being present.

Rebecca Jennings

Founder and Nutritionist

After competing as a national level-athlete, Rebecca turned her knowledge of food as fuel to disordered eating. She is now a registered Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition, having qualified with an MSc in Human Nutrition and completed multiple trainings in nutrition for eating disorders (MSc Eating Disorder Science and Treatment at UCL, ED Training for Dietitians at Leeds Beckett).

Rebecca continued to work in sport, supporting athletes with poor relationships with food and unhealthy body image, before working at The Priory Lifeworks & The Recover Clinic in Soho.

My approach is always catered towards the individual’s need and at a pace that feels appropriate. I’m here to help individuals find a way to nourish themselves healthily.
