Recovery is possible when you’ve got the right team in your corner. It’s your journey — at CLIK Therapy we’re here to help and guide you.
You’re not defined by what you’re going through. Your recovery should fit around your daily life, rather than hinder it, so we’ll help you get better without compromising your day-to-day. Flexibility is key to balancing your recovery, your work, your social life, and everything else that makes you “you”.
You’re not alone in your journey. We know seeking help might feel daunting and recovery may feel out of reach, but we’re here to help. We’ll meet you wherever you are and work on the areas you most need help with, rather than focusing on one set approach that centres around your weight.
At CLIK, you’ll work with psychotherapists and nutritional therapists to build an eating disorder recovery plan to suit you. No two journeys are the same, so your treatment and care will be unique, allowing you to feel completely in control.
We have a range of outpatient services to choose from. We can help guide you to find the best option for your recovery. All of our services can be offered in person or virtually.
Explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a safe space. You’ll work with our team to get to the root of your eating difficulties and improve your relationship with food.
Learn practical ways to challenge your food fears in a non-judgmental environment. We’ll guide you to find your food personality using practical techniques like meal planning, plus will help you challenge any food beliefs that might get in the way of you eating to support your health.
Meet with others who understand and are living similar journeys. Share your stories and find comfort in the support of other group members.
Get in touch with us to register your interest. You can email or give us a call.
We’ll give you a call to go over some general information and answer any questions you may have.
We’ll invite you to an assessment with one of our team where we’ll go through some details to tailor your recovery plan. Usually, this happens in person but we can assess you on a video call.
We’ll recommend a treatment plan and you’ll be ready to get started.
Our two founders, Caroline and Rebecca, have been working in eating disorder recovery for years. Having seen the way a lot of centres run, they wanted to do things differently to make recovery as accessible as possible for everyone, allowing you to get better while maintaining your daily life.
“I am a firm believer that every person has the right to self-determination, responsibility for themselves and the freedom to make choices that will be true to who they are.”
“We all have our own innate food personalities that need nurturing. I hope to guide people into being able to eat in a way that best supports their own physical and mental well-being.”
